The Mc Math Solar Telescope 80-inch heliostat mirror.
This is the view from the enclosed observation deck located at ground level.
 

Looking down the 500-foot telescope form the enclosed observation deck. Light is
bounced off the 80-inch mirror down the 500-foot length to a 60-inch diameter mirror.
The light is then returned back upward along the same path to a 48-inch mirror where it
is again bent, at a 90-degree angle, downwards to the observer in the observation room.
